NC Mountain Rentals
North Carolina has recently become well known around the country for its wine making capabilities. One reason this region is perfect for vineyards is the mild climate and differences in temperatures from region to region that allows for rich soil which provides an ideal environment for growing grapes. Locally grown grapes are favored because of their uniqueness to the region. Other types of fruits also grow well in North Carolina - this helps give each type of wine its unique taste with hints of different fruit flavors. Within recent years many more NC wineries have begun cultivating their own grapes which has also allowed many more wineries to open. Take a moment and browse our selection of Boone NC Rentals.

North Carolina is home to the Biltmore Estate; the most visited winery in the United States. The Biltmore Estate is located in the North Carolina Mountains of Asheville. Many people choose to vacation at the Biltmore Estate and enjoy the award winning wines they make. They won the best US Sauvignon Blanc award in January of 2007. Many of their other wines, such as their Cabernet Franc and Roses, have won awards around the country. Their sparkling wine, known as Château Reserve Blanc de Blancs Brut 2002, was named a top pick in the November 2006 issue of Martha Stewart Living. While you're in the area, be sure to make a day trip to visit one of the US’s best wineries and experience the beautiful Biltmore Estate.

The Banner Elk Winery is the first NC winery established in Avery and Watauga Counties. The Banner Elk Winery and Villa is located on a 25 year old blueberry farm. The villa is perfect for weddings or any special event, and they are very accommodating to your specific needs.
