The Grand Tasting is the centerpiece of the Blue Ridge Wine & Food Festival. Located in the heart of Downtown Blowing Rock under the main tent, the Tasting showcases a wide assortment of wines from North Carolina wineries as well as vineyards from around the globe. Find new favorites among international, domestic, and NC vintages!

Tweetsie Railroad, nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, will welcome their first guests of the 2012 season on Friday, April 13. The 55th season at Tweetsie hosts an array of special events and family favorites throughout the year. The Wild West theme park features live shows, amusement rides, the Deer Park, concerts and much more. The heart of the park is the unforgettable three-mile train ride behind Tweetsie Railroad’s historic steam locomotives. Visitors can also spend the day walking the streets of a Western town, learning about the lives of cowboys and Indians of the past and take a scenic chair lift ride to Miner's Mountain and pan for gold. Visitors of all ages enjoy live entertainment

Join yoga instructor, Vicki Rodriquez, every Saturday for a 1-hour yoga session in our Mayer Gallery overlooking downtown Boone.
All skill levels are welcome and mats can be provided if you don't own one.
Cost is $10 per person. Registration begins at 10:15am.
* Please note: Yoga will take place in the Main Gallery through April 2012 due to the artwork in the Mayer Gallery.
